Bad Bad Guys
I realize two categories dedicated to villains is a bit much, but consider the differences between them! Villainy Not Included is for ineffective antagonists, i.e. pathetic and not worthy of the name. THIS site is dedicated to bad guys you simply don't like, regardless of how effective they are as villains. Clear now?

Someone emailed me to tell me the name of this villain, but I lost that mail dso I don't know who to credit...forgive me? Anyway, he was the leader of the legendary hereditary enemy of mankind (worse than the Bugrom, supposed to be) but all he did was hang around the palace while trying to get control of the government. Duh--big deal as a villain. About the most villainous thing he did (I think he did it? Don't remember...) was activate the Eye of God!

He is clearly the most obnoxious person in all of anime. Who didn't want to slap the bejeezus outta this guy when ever he let loose that insidiuos cackling. His laughter makes Aeka's sound like sweet music. He loses to Makoto at every thing and has the nerve to scream about his "superiority" and how much smarter he is. This loser couldn't even win the Ifurita Sweepstakes even though he held the "trump card." If he's lookin' for a girl who will do whatever he say's and tell him how great he is he can recruit Mitsuki from the Most annoying girls catagory. After all, he doesn't even deserve someone like Queen Diva (does that tell you what a waste of carbon and water this loony really is?)
He also added I'm sure you already plan to put this creep in your Most Annoying Men section and...Clearly you had this guy in mind when you came up with the new catagories. My dear Seion, how did you guess? This is EXACTLY the guy I had in mind when I opened the Annoying Guys...
