On 24 Aug 1728, landed in Philadelphia on "Mortonhouse."Hearrived at the Port of Philadelphia aboard the "John andWilliam' on 17 Oct . 1732 with his brother John Nicholas.

He arrived at the Port of Philadelphia aboard the "John andWilliam' on 17 Oct . 1732 with his brother Hans Jacob Koger.Was killed by Indians in Orange County, Va, in 1753. John'sestate was settleed in Orange County on May 24, 1753. John'sthree youngest children were reared in the household of GodfreyHambledon in Rockingham County , VA. Near the end of theAmerican Revolution, the Hambledon family moved to BotetourtCounty , VA, where Hambledon died in 1795.
