MARIAN LINDELL
2/25/2007 - Marian A. Lindell, 82,
of R.D. 2, Box 2028F, Russell, Pa.
and formerly wintered in Brooksville,
Florida, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday,
February 25, 2007 at the
Golden Living-Kinzua Nursing
facility, Warren, Pa. She was born June 25, 1924
in Scandia, Pa., to the late
Axel William and Ada Lentina
Anderson Anderson. She
has resided her entire life in the
Scandia and Russell areas.
She was a 1943 graduate of Warren High School.
She had been employed with the
former G.T.E. Sylvania and the
Warren State Hospital as a psychiatric
aide for ten years retiring in 1978.
She was a member of Scandia Covenant Church.
She is survived by three daughters,
Mrs. Clarence (Rebecca) Husson of York, Pa.,
Gloria J. Lindell of Russell, Pa.,
and Mrs. Thomas (Patricia) Newbill of
Warren, Pa.; one son, James Andrew Lindell
and his wife, Brenda, of Russell, Pa.;
seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by her husband, Fred L. Lindell,
whom she married August 25, 1945 in Scandia, Pa.;
four sisters, Elvera Dixon, Florence Austin,
Esther Porter, and Evelyn Lundberg;
and two bothers, Albert and Melvin Anderson.
