Inspired by an invitation to write an article for Anthony Allen's Anti-MOVE-Mumia Blog I have written my first English article at the end of July. If I'm able to allocate sufficient time for this project I intend to translate some of my other comments, as well. However, all other portions of this site will remain in German only.
The reason for writing articles in English was not only the one article for Anthony Allen. During the last year I received several requests from readers - mainly from Eastern European countries - who speak a bit German but are fairly familiar with English. Even though I will not translate the analysis I have some articles in mind which would outline a considerable portion of the evidence available.

A Comment Regarding Some Insulting Emails
The artical about Mumia Abu-Jamal's and William Cook's injuries generated some very insulting emails. Interestingly, these insults by anonymous writers were not directed toward me but toward Daniel Faulkner and the police officers arresting Abu-Jamal. Without going into details I would like to clearify my point of view.

The Phenomenon Mumia Abu-Jamal
Despite all the evidence of Abu-Jamal's guilt the "Free Mumia Movement" still exists. It is by far not as strong as in the 1990s but it is still able to draw public attention. Why does it still exist? Why some authors try show Abu-Jamal's innocence even though they should know better? The answer hasn't anything to do with Abu-Jamal.

Supporters of Abu-Jamal deny this question. Opponents claim that the amount of evidence is very convincing. What does the evidence really show? The only thing undisputed is the fact that it was not possible to identify the deadly bullet with a specific gun because the bullet was distorted and mutilated.

Both, Mumia Abu-Jamal an William Cook sustained injuries. Were these injuries severe and life threatening as some supporters of Abu-Jamal claim? Where these injuries marginal as police claim? The nature of these wounds can explain what happened at the crime scene after the shooting.

Mumia Abu-Jamal’s Lawyers
It’s tough to work as Abu-Jamal’s lawyer. It’s even tougher to be his former lawyer. There is a high probability to be called ineffective or incompetent. It’s even possible to be treated like a criminal who deliberately acted against Abu-Jamal’s interests.
Grossman an Kamish are the only former lawyers of Abu-Jamal who never have been called ineffective. At the same time they are the only lawyers who really hurt the case of their client when they started a conspiracy to support Beverly's confession.

Some critical remarks regarding Race Against Death
Some time ago Anthony Allen has invited me to translate an article from my site for his Anti-MOVE-Mumia Blog. Even though I always write German for my website, it took me only a few moments to accept that invitation. The translation is an abstract of my latest article dealing with a few of the arguments presented in Michael Schiffmann's Race Against Death.
In order to deal with that arguments I had to find out what was visible for the eyewitnesses. Additionally, a look at the ballistics evidence and at the blood traces found at the crime scene provided a good picture of what had happened.
