Power is supplied by a Tenma 40 amp adjustable voltage power supply.

The track has 4 power taps, connected to the braid under the track at the section joints spaced about 15 to 20 feet apart.

Lap counting is done via photocell sensors located in the middle of the upper straight.

• Power wire is 10 guage multi strand.
• On the power wires, spade connecters were soldered to the wire and then covered with heat shrink tubing.
• 5 amp fuses were placed between the each controller connection and the power supply.
• Lap counter wire is computer network cable.
