Honami has landed in the foreign country she visited a short while earlier. She decided upon this course of action after Ryusui told her, "I can't accept who you are. I'm going to devote my life to the Fujishima school." The country that made her beautiful. She is here to return to her former self.

Ryohei phones Honami minutes before her surgery is to begin. He proposes, "Will you marry me when you return? You'll be sorry for the rest of your life if you miss this chance." Gripping the receiver, Honami listens to Ryohei in silence.

Ryusui arrives a short while later. He anticipates her joyful expression, but instead her face instantly clouds over as he says, "It's too late, even if you change back for my sake. There's something I can't abandon." Nonetheless, Honami says, "I'm going back to my former self! So please make me welcome!"

Isaki is still against Ryusui's marriage to Aoi. Having just left home, she has no intention of going back there. Ryohei advises Isaki that if she really loves her brother she should put his happiness first.

With this in mind, Isaki returns home and tells Ryusui she has decided to do flower arranging. She gives Ryusui a letter that Shino entrusted to her. In the letter, Shino anticipates her own death, and says she is not sure she was right when she made Ryusui and Isaki suffer for the sake of saving the Fujishima School. She wants them to respect their own ideas so that they will live without regret. After reading this, Ryusui makes a decision...

It is Ryusui's wedding day. He shows the school directors the magnificent flower arrangement he has created. Everyone admires it. But in actuality the whole thing is made of artificial flowers. All are dumbfounded, and wonder what this means.

Ryohei is waiting in a small church for Honami. It is the same day and hour as Ryusui's wedding, and Honami is returning that very day. The reason why he has chosen this time is... And, at the Saotome's, Junichi, Ruriko and Narumi are left shocked and speechless when they greet Honami.
