Honey Glazed Breast of Turkey

Servings: 8

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry.  Heat honey, sherry
and butter in saucepan.  Remove from heat, stir in
lemon juice and salt.  Pour honey mixture over turkey
breast and let stand, covered, in fridge for 3-5 hours.
Place turkey breast on smoker grid and baste.  Baste
once again when almost done.

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon butter (or

margarine)
lemon juice, fresh squeezed

Charcoal: use 7 lbs, 4 quarts hot water, 2 wood sticks
and smoke for 3-4 hours.
