The Christmas items are showing up all over the place now. Lots of new cute stuff this year though I haven't seen much from one of the biggest players-Matrix. Usually they have candles, snowdomes and animated items too but we've only seen ornaments from them this year. Hopefully they are just slow in stocking as I would really hate to see them cutting back on the items they bring out!

The Looney Tunes Collector

-Targets has 5 decoupage ornaments in. They are light plastic with a red ribbon on the top. Pink Tweety heart, purple Bugs oval, red Daffy bell, green Sylvester stocking, and green Taz circle. $4.99 each.

-The Winfield Collection has tons of LT scrollsaw woodworking patterns including 9 Christmas ones. Very nice variety and the only ones I have ever seen! 1-800-WINFIELD or online at http://www.thewinfieldcollection.com .

-Mr. Christmas has 5 new items this year! These guys make the best animated LT stuff I have seen. There is a Carousel, a Taz water dome(a package floats up and down over him), a Taz tree topper, and 2 Light Sculptures(Colorfulls-these are the ones with lights outlining the shape and a colored mesh filling the outlines.) Unfortunately we have been unable to find them anywhere :( There is a list of the stores that carry them at the bottom of this newsletter. If you see them in any stores please email us! -Accents Unlimited has 2 paint-it-yourself ceramic kits out. One is a lighted Christmas tree and the other is a Merry Christmas sign. Both include the needed paints and accessories. The tree was $29.99 at our local Michael's and we haven't seen the sign anywhere yet. -Walmarts has Christmas tags, ribbons and bows in. They have a new set of 32 peel'n stick metallic red and green tags. There are several different bow/tag combinations too. They have a characters face on the tag with metallic or rainbow ribbons for the bow. They also have last years tags and ribbons. The ribbons are nice with 4 different 9 yard ones at $1.64 each. They have Tweety on red, Taz on green, Taz on white, and Bugs on red.

-We found 2 children's spoons at a Hallmarks. They are by Applause and have a plastic figure of Tweety or Taz as the handle and a "spork" end. $3 each.

-We added a Windows Themes section to Boxcar 2. We are looking for people to submit themes to us using our stuff or others. Details can be found in the Themes FAQ on the Themes page. We want this to expand into all kinds of cartoon themes but are currently most interested in LT ones.
-The Totally Tweety Webring is up and running now! It will feature sites with original content that feature Tweety, Sylvester, Granny or Spike. You can find information on the ring at http://www.ltexpress.com/ndxwrtwe1.html .
-We created the Certified Looneytic Award. This recognizes sites that bring out the kid in you. You can find details for submitting sites and past winners at http://www.ltexpress.com/ndxaward.html and in the General menu on the site.
-The Site of the Month page is now up. On here we will recognize one site every month that we feel every LT fan should visit. http://www.ltexpress.com/ndxaward.html and in the General Menu on the site.
-The Webcards Phrases section is up and running. We still have to add phrases to about half of them though.
