You think that you are handing out the truth, but all you are really doing is showing how rude and arrogant you are. I think its time you get over yourselves. -Allow us to show you our humble side: Thank you. From Edyoocator: As a teacher I believe that it is important for students to be able to speak their truth, and so I commend you for doing so. I hope the Sub-T becomes a voice that the students aren't always "allowed" to express. However, I hope that it doesn't become a forum for bitching, but also a forum for solutions. Such is the underground at its best; edgy, thought-provoking and positive...I nominate the Subterranean for Loser of the Week for having a Loser of the Week column. Your media space can be better used. -Thanks for the feedback. Please note that each previous "bitching" article has included solutions. As to your desire for all of "the underground" to be positive, I am not sure if that is possible. There is a plethora of troublesome issues out there that we idealistic kids are eager to tackle. And thanks for the nomination! However, Loser of the Week is here to stay; it elicits a huge response from the students and tends to be the first item read. That, in itself, makes it worth the media space. From a Mom: As a parent (who's not supposed to understand), I enjoyed reading your paper. I know some parents who would put this down and call it a rebellious act by a bunch of kids…I think you are young adults with feelings, thoughts, with points of view. Hey, let it out. Sometimes you have to say "FUCK this SHIT" in order to deal with life. Keep it up! I look forward to Issue #3. My RandomRant: Moms who get breast jobs and tell the whole town! If you need a big chest to be happy, I think it's sad! Keep 'em to yourself! -It's great to hear that our message is reaching more than just students and staff. And as far as moms and boob jobs go, all we can say is, "Ewwww." From Anonymous: Did you see last Thursday's "Dismissed"? TN's own Camellia Poespowidjojo was one of the contestants - and won!
