Quake II Multiplayer is one of the most fun additions to the game. If you've beat the game already or are looking to test your skills against enemies with a real IQ, then Q2 Multiplayer is for you.

It operates like a normal game of Quake II. The map is randomly selected by the Server, with guns, health, ammo, and armor placed all over the level. Weapons that cannot be found on the first level in the normal game (like a BFG) could be found there in Multiplayer Mode. You can join in a game at any time. Once the kill limit or time limit has been reached, you are automatically transported to a fresh game on a new map.
