Kibagami Genjuro Bust
One of the most powerful character in the game, fast in his speed of executing moves, with a variety of useful moves to use. His projectile move is the most deadly move in my opinion, and there are a lot of combos which involve it.
Lightning Wings (

+ slash)
Genjuro's uppercut move, which gives two more hits when POWed up, though the damage does not increase by much.
Three Heavens Death (

+ slash x 3)
Useful move in which Genjuro rushes forward to hit the opponent, good when the opponent is a distance away and does not recognize the run as a move. At close range, it can be used in a combo after a A, B slash, or a
kick against opponents. To incorporate it into the CD combo, use it after the 12th slash of the Super Death Combo. Otherwise, using it after a guard crush is fine too.
Cherry Blossom Iris Reverse (

+ slash)
Genjuro's projectile move, but not a typical one like other characters. By holding the button down after the projectile is released, it can be made to rebound vertically upwards off a blocking opponent to come down for a second try at a hit. This characteristic of it makes it possible for a combo to trap opponents, described below.
When using Genjuro, alway follow up a A / B / D slash (kick) with a Cherry Blossom projectile with the A button. It acts as a defensive shield in that opponents who want to attack after Genjuro's slash will get hit by it.
Whether the opponent get hit by the projectile or not, follow behind the projectile by jumping immediately and do the B slash - projectile combo again at very close range, jumping over to slash once the opponent block the first hit of the projectile, and repeat it till the opponent is pushed to the corner. Use
C slash to counter if the opponent wants to jump to avoid the projectile. By doing this, you make them unable to escape the projectile by moving backward, but it is all right to just go on to the next step without pushing the opponent to the corner.
At the corner, use the combo again. If the opponent block the first attack of the projectile, go over and give him a kick just before the projectile comes down again. He will either (1) block up, in which he get the kick and allow the projectile to hit him too when the kick leave his guard open or (2) block down for the kick and get hit by the falling projectile. This means that as long as the opponent is trapped in the corner this way and the combo is done correctly, the projectile is bound to hit him. If the opponent gets hit by the projectile first-hand, go straight to the next step.
After the opponent gets hit by the projectile, Genjuro can use his Three Heavens Death move, his Lightning Wings uppercut, the Super or the ABC rush / Dash of Death after rage explosion. The opponent being stunned, Genjuro can also use his CD combos, and even the infinite combo. If the opponent falls after the Cherry Blossom combo, jump back and wait for him to stand before using the projectile again or stand by the side and use the B slash - projectile combo to start the whole cycle again.
The Cherry Blossom projectile used at a far distance allows Genjuro to run over and give a running B slash after the first hit is blocked or a use
C slash if the opponent jump. This manoeuver is much easier to counter though.
Death of 100 Demons (

+ slash)
Very nice move for those who love to see Genjuro's violence. The multiple slashes given when the move is blocked initially means that there might be a chance of the opponent not blocking it totally, and Genjuro can use it to drain blood to kill enemies with low blood level. It can be used immediately after a guard crush for a sure hit, and be comboed with a B slash.
Purple Sunset (

+ slash)
Only use when the opponent is far enough so that their jumping slash will not get you after if they jump forward to avoid it, and never use it at close range. I recommend not using it at all as the damage is quite minor and the move easily leaves Genjuro exposed to attacks.
Computer Opponent List.
First set:
Sogetsu
Gaira
Nakoruru: Keep using the kick - Three Heavens Death combo or the Cherry Blossom projectile combo to kill her.
Jubei: Genjuro's running B slash is particularly effective against him. For best effect, jump over and use guard crush to push him over the other side, and keep using running B slash repeatedly; he will be stunned after the first slash to allow each subsequent running slash to connect, and exactly 40 slashes (2 slashes from each running slash) will kill him off.
Galford: This is the only stage where Genjuro's Cherry Blossom combo cannot be used - any attempt to meet Galford with a projectile will make him give Genjuro a
C slash at close range. Further away, Galford will use his Replica Attack after Genjuro use the projectile for a hit. Using the kick - Three Heavens Death combo is much safer here.
Rimururu: Fairly easy character to beat using the Cherry Blossom or the Three Heavens Death combo, just remember to block down against her
C slash.
Second set:
Rimururu
Galford
Shizumaru: Trap him with the Cherry Blossom combo to kill her fast. The Three Heavens Death combo seem to be a sure hit against him, just kick her once before using the move.
Charlotte: Play defensive against her because of her uppercut, and counter her in the air with a
C when she jump. When both characters land, give her a kick to set up the Three Heavens Death move. Otherwise use the Cherry Blossom combo on her.
Sogetsu: Against Sogetsu, jumping over to him will more often then not make him use his moon glow attack to counter Genjuro. Instead, wait for him to come close by crouching down and seize the opportunity to attack him with the Three Heavens Death or start the Cherry Blossom combo when he slides over for a kick or run over and uses a BC slash. Hack him with a heavy slash if he use his moon glow move when you are waiting for his attack.
Gaira: A character who does not block very well and is thus easy to beat using the two Genjuro combo moves. Using it after the a sideswitch is even more effective as he is slow to turn.
Amakusa:
Following the method described in the General Tips section, bait her with a kick and jumping over with a C slash in the air. If he is stunned, go on to do a Three Heavens Death move.
Zankuro:
Using the sideswitch move whenever he get close to Genjuro is a good way to find opportunities to attack when Zankuro's guard is open, after which the Three Heavens move will be a sure hit if done immediately after the switch. The Cherry Blossom combo will not be able to trap him as he can jump over the projectile quickly to hit Genjuro just after the playcard is released.
Haohmaru:
Against Haohmaru, jumping over to him is very likely to get you hit by his Cresent Moon slash. Get him to use his heavy slash when he is at a distance by giving a crouching kick, and then jump over for a heavy slash hit. Using the sideswitch can catch him trying to use his Cresent Moon Slash against you in a futile attempt and use that chance to use the Three Heavens Death move. He is also likely to be hit by the Cherry Blossom projectile if it come down for a second hit. Several running B slash done consecutively close to him can also hit him effetively, though doing it too much can see him retaliate with the uppercut move.
Other tricks
A running B slash hit which registers two hit will stun the opponent long enough to be able to follow up with a Super.
