As if 32bit isnt enough...
Just when you thought your puter is "da shit" becasue you can do 32bit color without any performance hit, well suprise, it looks like 32 is just not enough! Ol' Johnny Carmack is requesting that video card companies start working on 64bit color now. Dont expect to see any changes overnight though, this probably wouldnt be ready till at least another 2 years if it takes off....which i think it will. Personally, the more colors there are the better porn would look on the internet, that's what i think.
MS Split-up
Damn it! Can our government be any stupider?!? What the fuck is splitting up a company going to do? How are they gonna know if these 2 companies are communicating and working together? The government cant go and start running every bussiness there are. Next thing you know they're gonna be in your house telling you put the toilet seat down and putting the cap back on the tooth paste tube.
Anyway, first off, this monopoly shit they claimed against MS is all Netscape's fault. Netscape was the one who included their browsers with every possible service there were. So what the hell was MS to do? They had no choice but to include it with their OS' to compete. And Netscape, being a bitch that they are bitched about it becasue they know that people will use IE instead Netscape because their browsers suck! Even now, 80% of internet users use IE, really.
You know what this split-up is going to mean for the consumers? It means that we're gonna get even more bugs in our software becasue the 2 companies wont be able to work together with each other and know how to create new software. Next time i hear about someone hacking into some government computers becasue of somekind of security hole in MS software, i'm gonna laugh my ass at the government.

Upcoming Video Cards
Wow, i cant believe what's been going on this past week on what's coming up with video cards. It seems as though every chip company's got something up their sleeve and is ready to whip it out soon...very soon. There's Voodoo4 and 5 that is planned on a realease next month, nVidia's GeForce2 to be release as early as next Friday at Elecetronic Boutique and Fry's, Matrox's G450 which i dont know the release date for, and then there's the recent anouncement of ATI's Radeon which sounds pretty interesting. Can you feel a new war brewing up or what?
Free stuff?!..where?
Ah, but there's always a catch. Well...not really, Quake3mods.net is holding a Q3 level design contest. If that's what you're into, then you might have a chance to win a Razor Boomslange 1000 mouse (whoopy).

SPRING BREAK!
Ahhh....finally got time to sleep and sit on my ass to pick stuff out of my belly button. Oh yeah...and work on updating my site more too.
My burner
After all these years, i finally got a burner. And it's about time too. I could've had one by last month but no one fucking told me that the particular model that i was trying to get has been discontinued...I should've known though, every place i tried to order from was out of stock. Anyway, i finally decided on the HP 9300i Plus 10x4x32. Nothing but speed baby, so far so good.
You know what? I've heard about some people buying burners just to make copies of expensive software and music and stuff. I would never do a thing like that....

Netscape busted a move!
Things have been looking up for Netscape lately, with that recent Microsoft trial and now with the release of their latest version of Netscape v.6. They are now leading Microsoft with the best and most up to date browser...but then again, 80% of internet users uses IE so no one knows if their newest version really made a difference.
For those of you who do care (i really dont, but i'm going to download it anyway) check out cnet's little review of this Preview Release. Then you can head on over to Nescape's site and download this new browser.
Get more for your money
A little tech news for you today. A company DataPlay has come up with a way to store 500 megs on an optical drive the size of a quarter. But that's not the best thing...what's awsome is that this thing cost only about $10 a piece. Dataplay is hoping to integrate this technology into digital cameras, palm devices, MP3 players, computer storage...whatever you want. What sucks though is this is not rewritable, so that means you cant delete..say music and put new songs on it. But hey, for $10 each, who cares right? Anyway, read the whole story on Wired.
Updates
I actually shouldnt be doing this update right now because i've got a fucking 7 chapters to read to catch up for a test today...but then i said "..ahh the hell with it!" But i'm hoping to get my other sections updated this weekend though.

My future plans
Well, since i've been a guy/man my whole life (a whole 17 years) i think it's time for a little change in my life...a sex change that is. So next week i'm gonna go get my body examined by some surgeon and then plan out my new look. First, I'm gonna get some estrogen running through my blood and hopefully sprout some non-sagging breatages. I'm aimng for a size of somewhere in the upper DD's. I'll probably have to get some silicone too beef things up a little though, but that wont be a problem.
Then, it looks like i'm going to have say bye bye to Captain Winky cause i'm going to get that replaced with Madamme Clam. I cant wait for that procedure! Then perhaps after that i'll have to get my hips and thighs redone to better match a woman's profile. Last but not least, I'll top this new me off with a nice wig with real genuine human hair (bought off of eBay, of course).
What a sight eh? I cant wait! Oh and i'll be a lesbian also so that means i'll be doing (bumping clams?) other chick-babes.
Unreal Tournament v413
Ok, for you folks out there that are into UT, there's a new patch out for ya. Sorry for such a late notice, but i've been so caught up in stuff lately that i just didnt have the chance to update earlier. Anyway, among some of the changes/new features are:
- D3D uses vertex buffers for all drawing operations - gives overall performance boost.
- Can now use number and arrow keys to navigate voice menu
- Random bots picks from all 32 (not first 16) - including the specially configured ones
- Can summon specific bots: 'AddBotNamed Alarik' adds the bot with the name Alarik (if he's in the list of configured bots)
- Now shows waiting players on team scoreboards before start of game (players who aren't ready are greyed out)
- Improved bot AI about triggering pressure zone when player is in it
- Changed xDSL and cable modem clientspeed to 10000 (and added separate category in netspeed selection)
- No longer need to type 'iamtheone' for cheats in single player
- Demos can now play looping - demoplay demofile?loop
- Turbo/hardcore mode is now shown in UBrowser for team games
I havent downloaded this for myself yet so i dont know how things are, but if you're interested head over to Fileplanet and download it and try it out for yourself.
Updates
I'm still working on 'em, hold on to your ass..
