ULTIMATE WEAPON-ULTIMA SWORD
To recieve the Ultima Sword, locate the Ultima WEAPON on disc 3, hovering nearby Junon. Fly into it and defeat it. It'll fly away. Follow it and keep fighting it until it crashes near Cosmo Canyon. When it dies you'll recieve Ultima. NOTE-you can also get the Apocalypse Blade in the Ancient Forest, across the crater.
LEVEL 4 LIMIT-OMNISLASH
Fight in the Battle Arena at the Gold Saucer till you get 32,000 battle points. You'll recieve Omnislash. NOTE-W-summon is 64,000 points.

BARRET

ULTIMATE WEAPON-MISSING SCORE
Missing Score is in a chest on the way up the stairs to fight Hojo on the end of Disc 2. NOTE- Barret must be in your party.

LEVEL 4 LIMIT-CATASTROPHE
After Meteor is summoned, talk to the woman in the house at the top left corner of North Corel.

TIFA

ULTIMATE WEAPON-PREMIUM HEART
Get the Key to Sector 5 on disc 2, head for Wall Market and check the tent marked Item. It dispenses Premium Heart and breaks down.

LEVEL 4 LIMIT BREAK-FINAL HEAVEN
Head for the piano in Tifa's room in Nibelhiem. Play the following notes Do, Re, Mi, Ti, La, Do, Re, Mi, So, Fa, Do, Re, Do, then exit. She'll mention sheet music and inside is a note from her teacher and Final Heaven.

AERIS

ULTIMATE WEAPON-PRINCESS GUARD.
Princess Guard is at the end of the IV hall in the clock room of the Temple of the Ancients.

LEVEL 4 LIMIT BREAK-GREAT GOSPEL
After you've fought a number of battles where the last two digits are the same, visit the sleeping old man in a cave near Junon. He'll give you a piece of Mythril, which you can exchange at the Weapon Seller for the Item in his safe. Great Gospel.

RED 13

ULTIMATE WEAPON-LIMITED MOON
After Bugenhaggen journeys to the Ancient City, return to Cosmo Canyon. Bugenhaggen is terminally ill but as a gift Red 13 gets Limited Moon.

LEVEL 4 LIMIT BREAK-COSMO MEMORY
When in the Shinra Mansion in Nibelhiem, open the safe using this combination

• Right 36
• Left 10
• Right 59
• Right 97
  Fight the boss Lost Number. For doing this you'll recieve Odin Materia, the key to get Vincent and Cosmo Memory.

  ULTIMATE WEAPON-HP SHOUT
  Before heading off to fight Proud Clod in Midigar the second time, you'll pass Yuffie and a fork in the road. Head Right to Shinra HQ first. In one of the cabinets in the 64th floor is Hp shout.

  YUFFIE

  ULTIMATE WEAPON-CONFORMER
  Locate the Crashed Gelinka off an underwater side passage. Head through the door next to the save point. In the top left is a well hidden chest with Conformer.

  LEVEL 4 LIMIT BREAK-ALL CREATION
  Defeat all five bosses in the Wutai Pagoda. You can only fight them with Yuffie. You'll also recieve Leviathan materia.
