As of March 15, 2002, we will be soliciting programs for funding during the period October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2004. Starting dates for projects will be dependent upon time required for project evaluation and approval of funding by CSREES. Awards to any single individual will be limited to amounts of $20,000 or less.
