- Set tone and goals for your administration
- Build a program plan for your term of office
- Preside over club meetings
- Delegate responsibilities and provide support
Administration
- Read and follow your club constitution and by-laws
- Submit semi-annual report, membership roster, and per-capita dues. These must be received at World Headquarters by April 10 and October 10
- Prepare in advance for each club meeting
- Use the Distinguished Club Program to track club achievements
- Appoint special committees
- Make additional appointments as needed
- Preside over Executive Committee meetings
- Call for regular committee reports
- Prepare your successor for office
Club Representative
- Attend and vote at area and district council meetings
- Vote at or submit proxy for regional and International meetings
- Represent your club to the community
- Represent your club to meeting place management.
