IF you follow my step by step instructions throughout these pages I guarantee you gain a lot of quality mass NOT FAT.

Firstly I will give a brief introduction of bodybuilding(how it came about and what not) for all you sissies out there. Secondly I'll tell you how to start and illustrate some basic old school compound movements(the secret to getting huge). Then to close it off I will talk about nutrition do's and dont's, and lastly training principles for both begginer's and advanced trainees.

Why should I even bother training

Don't think you need to train? HAHAHA! Consistent weight training helps:
  • reduce stress
  • Increase blood flow to brain
  • Boost sex life by increased testosterone levels and more energy
  • Improves self-esteem
  • More injury resistant due to stronger muscles and joints

Profile of the Man

Terry Singh is a 21 year old, 5'11 220 lb weight lifter who likes kicking butt in the gym.

He has only been lifting weights as a hobby for 1.5 years and enjoys it very much.

Other pastimes include dirtbiking, working and hanging out!
