6 tips to start training

  • Set a realistic goal - short and long term.
  • Plan an decent and full routine to train the entire body
  • Make a commitment to stick to your routine for 4-5 weeks, to begin to see changes and benefits, GO HARD OR DON'T GO AT ALL and create a habit of lifting
  • Enthusiasm for training must be recognized as the main force to get anywhere
  • Ease into a training program with a wholesome,proper and no junkfood(only on cheat days) nutrition plan
  • Be confident from the beginning that following these steps will produce the desired results

Remember the famous saying "Rome was not built in a day". So to all you weekend warriors out there who say that you have been lifting and don't see results look above and read the six points again if you have to!
