Basic compound movements
Basic compound movements are great for starting out and build a lot of mass quickly. I have included some pictures of the basic excercises to get huge quick. These include:
- Benchpress for chest
- Closegrip press for triceps
- Bentover rows for back
- Straight bar curls for biceps
- Squats for legs
- Military press for shoulders
Here is the basic excercise for biceps the straight bar curl. This excercise provides the most mass if done strictly.
