Basic compound movements

Basic compound movements are great for starting out and build a lot of mass quickly. I have included some pictures of the basic excercises to get huge quick. These include:

  • Benchpress for chest
  • Closegrip press for triceps
  • Bentover rows for back
  • Straight bar curls for biceps
  • Squats for legs
  • Military press for shoulders

Here is the basic excercise for biceps the straight bar curl. This excercise provides the most mass if done strictly.
