Shunketsu

Shunketsu was born and raised in the town of Anaba in the world of Ningenkai. He lived on the outskirts of town, near the forest, and learned to live off the land in his frequent "camping trips" when he was a child.

One day while exploring the woods, he came across a necklace with a green stone hanging from it. His parents wanted to sell it at the marketplace, but Shunketsu refused to let it go. It has become a charm of good luck for Shunketsu, and one of the only things he has left from his childhood.

Although Shunketsu has had some training in Ninjutsu, his only weapon is an axe which he uses to gather firewood in the winter. He used to have a Katana Sword, but it was lost years ago.

In battle, Shunketsu relies only on his weapon and his brute strength. He does not learn Magic quickly, it never was a skill of his.

Naishi

Naishi is the daughter, and only child of the King and Queen of Ningenkai. Despite her status as a royal figure, she has lived with the citizens of Anaba all her life. She very rarely spends an entire day at the Imperial Palace. Because of this, she has become known as the "People's Princess." However, she requests that everybody call her "Princess," and not "Naishi."

Naishi has been educated by the very best tutors in Ningenkai, and enjoys spending hours at the library. She dreams of someday going on an adventure, seeing new lands and learning foreign languages. Sometimes, she even helps her father with political issues.

Naishi, always spending time in the library, has never learned about physical battle. She instead, has learned great ammounts of White Magic to help people overcome diseases or illnesses.

Kahi

Born and raised in a town outside Ningenkai named "Gyoson," Kahi became adventurous, and often went on voyages with sailors, exploring the seven seas. One day, while she was canoeing in the swamps north of Gyoson, a large purple-skinned man kidnapped her, and brought her back to his castle. Kahi had no idea where she was, and did not escape in fear of becoming lost. The large man, Tenma, forced her to work as a slave in some nearby mountains looking for shards of crystal.

Kahi has learned to be both physically strong, and magically wise. Having been raised outside of Ningenkai, the magic she uses is completely foreign to Shunketsu and Naishi.

Tenshi, Emperor of Ningenkai

The emperor of Ningenkai, Tenshi, was born and raised in a small cottage outside Anaba. Tenshi studied politics, warfare, and economics as a child and soon found himself a high diplomatic figure years later. He married his wife several years after becoming part of the Ningenkai government. About a year after his daughter Naishi was born, the emperor of Ningenkai passed away, and Tenshi inherited the status of "Emperor of Ningenkai." Since the reign of Tenshi, the world of Ningenkai has prospered greatly, and he has become known as one of the greatest empererors of the modern world.

Queen of Ningenkai (Not yet named)

The emperess of Ningenkai is a historian and philosopher of Anaba. Her favorite studies are of the ancient world, especially Yamadera and the Kami. The emperess and Tenshi met in a library while looking for information on Reikai. The emperess has brought up Naishi as somebody like herself, always trying to learn new information.

Tenma

The intentions of Tenma, are unknown. The motive, is unknown. All that is known about Tenma is that he is a wealthy business man from outside Ningenkai, who has for some evil reason decided to go against the land of Ningenkai.

Although Tenma is an enemy, Tenma is a main charecter in the storyline and is not categorized as an enemy, but rather as a non-playable charecter.
