Criteria

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

Last July (2003), the Committee approved the Criteria for Selection for shooters to represent Trinidad & Tobago on teams participating in regional and international games. Some of the main points of that document are listed below:

  • · The Qualifying score should be the ISSF MQS or the 8th place from the previous games, which ever is less. For Full bore, selection will be based on scores made at the National Full bore Championships
  • · At least one (1) qualifying score is required for an athlete to be eligible for selection.
  • · The final team will be selected one (1) month before the event or the deadline set by the TTOC.
  • · Athletes are to participate in a minimum of 85% of the trials.
  • The full text of the document is posted on the notice boards or copies can be obtained from the office.
