Nine to Five Trying to find work has been a long and arduous task for the girl. In high school she had a job as a sales clerk at a fabric store for a year, but quit to focus on her studies. Since then she's tried three other jobs; she was a cashier at an electronics chain, a cashier at a craft supply chain, and a trainee in the United States Air Force. She left the electronics job because she disagreed with some of the company policies regarding customers. The craft job proved to be too stressful (in addition to her boss refusing to listen to her scheduling needs), and she left it to get therapy. She was kicked out of the Air Force after less than three weeks of basic training because she was suicidal. When she got home from basic training, she knew it was time to find work she could hang onto for a while. In the beginning of October 2002, the girl finally found a job she could do well, and that wouldn't make her crazy (well, more crazy than normal, anyway). She was hired as a sales supervisor at a novelty gift chain, but lost the job when she tried to kill herself. Oh well, she'll find something else eventually. Content Copyright © 2002 L. Then I'll make you drink water from that rusty spoon and you'll gag because drinking water from a rusty spoon is disgusting and you'll get really upset because you should have known better than to steal my friggin material. So, um, don't steal. If you think I'm brilliant enough to quote, tell me and provide a link back here. Thanks muchly. Want another disclaimer? Click here. |
