The Sanctuary at Valois United is beautiful in its elegance and simplicity. The focal point of the sanctuary is the large cross, which is the very central symbol of our faith in the Resurrection of Christ.

The Table or Altar is elevated, symbolizing the central place of the Eucharist in our faith experience. Word, Sacrament and community are a focus at Valois United.

The Sanctuary is always decorated for the major festivals of the church year. There are several interesting windows, which not only enhance the beauty of the sanctuary, but tell a story in itself.

The first Church built on this site was dedicated in 1929. It was built with the hard work and dedication of a few families during the depression. Soon the parish started to grow to the point where we were busting at the seams and a new sanctuary and complex was needed.

In 1955 work was begun on the new church complex, which consists of our beautiful sanctuary which seats 400 people, a large fellowship hall, modern kitchen, office space, music room, and lounge.

The following panels are fine examples of the many beautiful stained glass panels that adorn our sanctuary. These panels as well as the others were generous gifts from parishioners.

Please do not hesitate to visit our sanctuary to view these works of art.
