The cottage is brown with beige shutters and is
located on Pequawket Pond in a very private setting only about half a mile from Conway
Village.
It is quiet and surrounded by woods yet close enough to walk or canoe up to town. The cottage contains three bedrooms, a bunk room a modern kitchen and one and a half baths and sleeps 8.
There is a large living, dining, and kitchen area with wall to wall carpeting open two stories to a natural wood cathedral ceiling. On one side of the living, dining, kitchen area is a two story high wall of windows which overlook the sun deck and the lake
The living room contains a television and Vermont Castings wood burning stove. There is
a new screened porch off the living room facing the lake that runs the width of the house.
The house has flat level access only 50 feet from a paved town road. There are no
problems getting to or from the house in the winter. The house is heated with gas
which is far less expensive than electricity.
