The procession is led by four ministers (or children).
One carries the Paschal candle, lit, another the Gospel, with the pages open at the readings about the Resurrection and two bunches or baskets of flowers, the symbol of life.
The person presiding the service accompanies them.
The lectors may decide to stay at the lecterns.
The participants either follow behind or, as the opportunity permits, remain in the pews;
A group of cantors intone the hymns. At the end of the celebration, fourteen children will remain at the foot of the altar, at the head of the assembly of the faithful, each with a candle in hand to be lit from the Paschal candle, as he says to each of them: Go! Carry the light of the Risen Christ to all the brothers you meet".
All answer: "Amen!"
The service ends with everyone singing a joyous hymn, while the candles are raised and the light are switched on. (Where no images are available, the fourteen stations may be represented by as many luminous crosses, if its dark, and/or streamers with,  written on them: "Hallelujah, He is truly risen!" or the titles from the texts).
