While they were still speaking about all this, He appeared in their midst and said: "Peace to you." In their panic and fright, they thought they were seeing a ghost. He said: Why do you doubt? Look at my hands and my feet. Touch me!" They were still incredulous for sheer joy and wonder, so He said to them: "Have you anything here to eat?" So they gave him a piece of cooked fish, and Jesus ate it in their presence . (Lk 24,36)

O Risen Christ, give us a love that is active. We cannot see you with our human eyes, but you are always near to us.
