tutorial, and it is by no means complete, you will do well to check back from time to time to keep up with the latest information sources on the Web.

Final checklist concerning applicant information
- Addresses to cover a minimum of 5 years, with 7 years employment history being most appropriate.
- DOB, SSN and Race; the first two are needed for MVR and credit checks, all three are needed for criminal checks.
- Drivers License informtionmust include the State it was issued in.
- Educational qualifications should be complete - name and location of college, year of graduation, and type of degree. Release usually required.
- Employment History must include company and supervisor names; company main office; exact dates of employment; phone numbers of the employers and each respective supervisor. It is also suggested the senior manager names also be requested.
- Scope of anticipated responsibilities In order to best determine and assess an applicants
skills and experience, details of anticipated duties and responsibilities - plus any areas of special concern - are necessary.
