I arrived at the USA 15th of March and International Banquet was held on March 29 which is exactly two weeks from my arrival.  We practiced only two days but we made it greatly. Eight Korean ladies including Cathy who played piano sang two songs in both Korean and English. We also fixed Korean food 'Bulgogi' for the international dinner. It was a great experience that we became closer and took a part of an official event successfully. When I came back to my dorm, friends of Mandy(my roommate), who were there, asked me I did prepare for the event before I came to America. She was very surprised at our performance.

Every Friday 6 O'clock Talk time and nice dinner!!!

This is what I have missed the most about Evansville since I left there. I really appreciate all of them who organized this meeting and people who attended. Even though I only stayed in Evansville less than two months, this meeting and these people here made me full and happy. You guys are great! Thanks everyone!

Mandy Book

She was my roommate in University of Evansville. She is different and unique. Her thought and attitude surprised me in many ways. I wish you accomplish everything as you wish. Congratulation your Engagement and please let me know when you have a wedding!!! (Say hello to your fiance ^^)

Mandy's friends

I sometimes had a dinner with them in the school cafeteria.  Friday night, I was often invited to watch the movie together in Dave's room. Thanks for having invited me and I really enjoyed talking with you, Dave.

Kota

He is a Japanese guy but he has lived in America for seven years. He is handsome, good shape, very generous ^^  Also, he is a good cook and plays the piano quite well. (too much, isn't it???) He graduated University of Evansville last May and is working as a personal trainer at the Health center in Evansville. He was my first driving teacher (sorry, I failed -_-;), helped me a lot and took me to some nice places. I wish to meet you again!

Whitney

My conversational partner. She has a warm heart and open mind.  Even though we didn't have enough time to know each other better, it was really nice to have you as a conversational partner.

Ting Ting

She is a Chinese lady who has a lot of passion for her life.  We met through English program in UE. She has an American husband and her English is so good.  When we see each other next time I bet you must speak English like an American!!!  Hey Ting Ting, keep in touch and keep in mind what we talked about our business in the future!!!

Yujeong

She is just awesome!  She is a Korean woman who has lovely two kids and really funny husband. She invited me and Amber to her house and fixed us the best dinner ever (KOREAN FOOD!) I really really really appreciate your kindness and concern. Please, please let me know when you move to Korea, I want to see you again!

Maya

She is a very talented, independent, and lovely girl from Japan. She might look shy and even younger than she really is, however, you will be surprised when you get to know her. She went to high school in China alone and she is very thoughtful and mature.  You were my little sister, Maya. I miss you.  I am very sorry I couldn't visit you before your leaving but I know we will meet someday in different place. I always wish you good luck.

Nancy

She is an American women I met through talk time.  She has a warm heart and open mind. She likes talking, and learning new culture and people. We talked a lot about various subject about guys, religion, culture etc. It must have been fun if I could go to Florida with you. I wish we can travel together and talk whole time someday.
