Back Tuck The Back Tuck was taken from the Tuck Jump manouvre. Except for two major differences, the name, and that one is done the other way around. This trick requires great flexibility by the Tramp, and a great amount of stupidity. To start the trick you should move yourself into a No Footer position. Once you are ready 'Jump' up and bend both legs backwards, whilst moving your arms backwards. When you have done this, grab hold of your ankles. To gain maximum marks you must hold this for as long as you can, but try not to fall flat onto your face. When you are ready to pull out of the trick you must let go of your hold on your ankles, and move your arms and legs back to a No Footer position.
