Seat Drop
The Seat Drop is the most dangerous move in this urban scene. This could possibly end the Tramp who is doing the tricks life. Only a moment of insanity will allow a tramp to pull this one off with maximum marks from the judges.
First off you must first start in a No Footer position.
Once in a No Footer position you must raise your legs into a Pike position, but leave your hands by your side.
When you are in the Pike position let gravity bring you down to the ground, but remember keep your legs and body completely straight to the ground and don't let one end go higher than the other.
When you have hit the ground, you may be in considerable pain, but you must raise yourself onto your feet and go straight into a No Footer.
To land you must bend your knees and let your feet touch the floor.
