Heel Kicker

The Heel Kicker was a move that was created by Charlie Chaplin, aided with only his walking stick. Now you can see this move being performed at competition level and even in your local supermarket.

To do a Heel Kicker you must as usual start off with a No Footer, but slightly lean to one side.

Now put your legs out into a frog position where there is sort of a triangle between the gap.

Once in the above position then clip the back of your heels together.

Now get back into the frogs legs position, and then allow both feet to land on the ground. Remember as you are slanted to slightly one side you may stumble, but keep your cool as you may need to jump again.

Reminder: It looks a lot cooler when you are small and have a walking stick.
