Swivel Hips

Another Death Defying move from the creator of the Seat Drop. This Death drop used to be only possble to be done on a trampoline. But it was done for the first and only time at an amateur competition by none other than the 'Passion'.

The name was taken from a young Dutch womans features, but has now become a great event feature.

To start off with you must first move into the position of the infamous No Footer.

You must first propell yourself with a 'Jump'. Once in the airyou must fling both your legs forward and move into a Pike position, but don't move your hands forward leave them by your side.

As you begin to fall, as soon as you hit the ground, and you bounce up swing your hips right around with your hands in the straight up in the air so that your legs and body have spun 180 degrees.

You must then land another seat drop.

Once you are bouncing back up make sure that you get up straight on your legs, and resume the No Footer position.

When back to normal you must then land on your feet, but make sure to bend your knees on the landing.
