One Footer (aka the Hop) The One Footer is another move that has made it into the mainstream, its technical name is called the One Footer. Although near impossible to pull off, if it is the Tramp will get all of the Women and Men respectively. To start the One Footer, the Tramp must first get into the position of a No Footer. You must then bend your knees and then propell yourself off of the ground. Before you gain flight you must first bend one leg (either leg you feel comfortable with) so that it is parallell to the floor. When you are losing air from this trick you must quickly make sure that you can land the trick on one foot, if you cannot you must bail out, as there is a possibility you could twist your ankle and may be out of the game for at least 1 month. To land you must bend he knee of your leg that is not bent when that foot has touched the floor. Try to keep balance as you might need to carry on if you are in a line. One Footer Video Clip |
