Yoga Alliance is an organization supporting Yoga teachers and the diversity and integrity of yoga. Its registry recognizes yoga teachers and schools based on inclusive teacher training standards. It's mission is to make resources available to help Yoga teachers expand their opportunities, preserve yoga teachers' freedom from outside regulation, foster mutual support within the yoga community, and act as a steward for the integrity of Yoga.

The International Alliance for Yoga Therapists The mission of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) is to provide and support education and research in the field of Yoga. It is our goal to elevate the level of awareness of Yoga as an established and respected therapy in the Western world.

As an association, another purpose is to bring together and support a worldwide community of Yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists, healthcare practitioners, and researchers interested in the profound potential of Yoga for health, healing, and personal transformation.

IAYT also serves members, the media, and the general public as an authoritative source of information about contemporary Yoga education, research, and statistics.

Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association KYTA is a professional association of certified Kripalu Yoga teachers and yoga teachers certified by schools recognized by the Yoga Alliance. KYTA’s mission is to foster an active network of teachers living and teaching the full depth of yoga.

Kripalu Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage Association. This new association at Kripalu has not yet been included in their website but you may contact Kripalu directly for more information.

International Tap Association The International Tap Association's (ITA) mission is "to promote the understanding, preservation, and development of tap dance as an art form." Through advocacy programs and special projects, the ITA educates dance professionals and the public about tap as an art form, helping tap take its respected place in the larger world of dance.
