I love to travel, and these pages show some of my favorite places. The one above was taken on Skyline Drive in Virginia. Winter is my favorite time there because the crowds have cleared out and with the leaves gone, the view is even more impressive.

The picture below is of me and my friend Sharon. She and her family moved to Montana, and I flew out to visit them a few years ago. This one was taken along the Beartooth Hwy in Montana.

It was quite a year for me travelwise, because I'd already taken a spring vacation to Cozumel.

I also went on a singles cruise on a Carnival ship. Although there was no shipboard romance, I did make a great friend, Judy. She also loves to travel, and although she lives in Massachusetts, we've managed to connect for a couple of trips including a return to Cozumel, a trip to California with a cruise to Ensenada, and a week long Western Caribbean cruise from New Orleans.

In 2005, I took my first solo vacation - to Hawaii.
