    Dog Trails: Trails in undeveloped areas
    Flora and Fauna:A wide variety of animal and plant life inhabit the Patapsco Valley. Deer are common, as are a number of different species of snakes, and birds. There are also a number of rare wildflowers lining trails, including yellow ladies slipper.
    General Info.:Patapsco Valley SP, as the name implies, borders the Patapsco River and many of it's tributaries. It is comprised of several areas that span 32 miles of the river. See the slide show for pictures.
    Special Notes:In addition to natural beauty, Patapsco has many historical sites. The river provided the life-blood of a number of industries dating back to colonial times. Many of the trails lead to the ruins of these historic areas.
