Mrs. Zadrozny worked as a bus driver for the Hudson Bus Co. in Weymouth for 25 years and as a monitor for the Red Cross during World War II. She was a member of the Fore River Clubhouse Association and the South Shore Retarded Association. Born in Tarnapol, Ukraine, she had lived in Quincy for the past 70 years. Wife of the late Michael Zadrozny, she is survived by two daughters, Olga Vitello of Newport, R.I. and Phyllis Berlucchi of Quincy; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Michael Zadrozny. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm St., Quincy Center. Ila Nadja is my cousin and Bianca is the daugther of Ila Nadja´s brother.
I was born in Blumenau (Brazil) in November 1º of 1945. My father´s is Arno also born in Blumenau in November 9º of 1920,and died in December, 26 of 1965 . He was the second oldest son of my grandfather who was born in Brusque (Brazil) in May,24 of 1890 and died in February, 8 of 1961. My grate grand father, they told me, came to Brazil as an engeener of bridges . His name was Julio and was born in Germany.
My grandfather was married to Frieda Riesbieter born in Blumenau in July, 11 of 1893 and died in April,4º of 1973, both married in November,3º of 1917, in Blumenau. They had four sons:Julio Horst (the oldest), Arno (my father), Norberto Ingo, and Carlos Curt ( the youngest) father of Ila Nadja and grandfather of Bianca.
