It makes me feel important to put this on my site, so here goes:
Screenshots on this site have been taken from other sites. All screenshots are from Allgame, except for the screenshot of Pirates! (which is from The Nintendo Game Archive). Non-screenshot images have been taken from one of the following sites: NES Dungeon, Funcoland.com, Nintendopower.com. Allow me to explain why I do this.
I believe that taking from another website is fine as long as the site is given credit, which I have done. Why? Well, I'm sure that when you were in school you took something straight out of a book, without modifying it. In order to keep this from being plagiarism, you gave the book credit in your bibliography. This is what I am doing, taking images from other sites but giving them credit.
That having been said, what is my policy for things on my site? You may take things from my site as long as you give me credit. Also, it is not necessary that you e-mail me to tell me you have copied some of my stuff, but a quick line would be appreciated.
Also, many people deserve thanks for helping me get this website up. Their contributions were vital, no matter how big or small.
