3/25/01 (7:30 PM) Added a new NES Memory and a little something into the Funcoland section. I'm working on a review of Bases Loaded, which I'll be able to put up as soon as my NES decides to let me play a game past the third or fourth inning (it's been freezing lately).
3/6/01 (8:15 PM) - Added a review of Double Dribble and put Volume 10 in the NP Pulse. I'm off to Disney World tomorrow, baby!
2/20/01 (9:00 PM) - At least I think today's the 20th. Anyway, we've got a good amount of stuff. A new Top 15 edition, a review of RBI Baseball, some more stuff for The NP Pulse, a small addition to the editorials...and a couple new links.
2/4/01 (8:30 PM) - Added Volumes 7 and 8 to The NP Pulse. Put up a little something in the Funco section. Added a review of Clash at Demonhead. Also, a new Top 15 edition.
1/21/01 (8:15 PM) - Added Volume 6 to The NP Pulse. I'll update mid-week with a review and a few new images for y'all.
1/17/01 (8:00 PM) - Sorry, came in a day late with this update. That's because there were a couple extra things going on I didn't plan about. So, I added in the post-contest interviews for WSNC, put a little something in for Great NES Songs, and also added an editorial. I'll do the images this weekend, and my NES still doesn't work. Go figure.
1/14/01 (8:30 PM) - Whoo! Updated again. Volume 5 is in the NP Pulse, the finale of WSNC is up, and there's a new Top 15 edition. Yeah, nothing out of the ordinary, sorry. But I'll update this Tuesday (promise) with some images, an editorial, a review (hopefully, if my NES works), and maybe a little something for Great NES Songs. I like that section but haven't worked on it recently.
1/02/01 (8:45 PM) - Happy New Year everybody! Can you believe it? They put me back in school today. There ought to be some sort of law against that. Anyway, I somehow managed (I have no free time) to get up a new Top 15 edition and Volume 4 has also been added to the NP Pulse. I have some images to put up but I didn't have the time.
12/28/00 (1:30 PM) - Changed all of the update grades for website reviews. Changed all grades, in all categories, to fit new grading format. Updated links page to show changes. Started to put images on NEStopia. I'm really excited about the images. Put up an editorial about images, too.
12/26/00 (9:00 PM) - Another small update. Added in a new event of World's Strongest NES Cart, and also put some info on my latest Funco trip. Who knows? I may even update tomorrow (hint-hint).
12/24/00 (2:50 PM) - Small update, I'll put up more stuff the day after Christmas. All I have now is a new Top 15 edition. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanuakah, Kwanzaa, whatever you may celelbrate, have fun doing it.
12/17/00 (8:00 PM) - Small update. A new Top 15 edition, and Volume 3 added to the NP pulse. Volume 3's mailbag turned out to be quite interesting.
12/9/00 (6:00 PM) - A new Top 15 edition, a new Top 15 voting system, Volume 2 of NP added to the Pulse, and a new event in World's Strongest NES Cart. I agree, it's a smaller update than you're used to, but I'm now playing basketball ten hours a week, so time is an issue. Hopefully I'll get a review or two up next week.
12/2/00 (5:45 PM) - What do I have for y'all this week? The beginning of The NP Pulse, a new section; a review of a website, the NES Triforce; an explanation of my new review system; and a new event of World's Strongest NES Cart, the Drop. And it isn't an update without a new Top 15 edition, now is it? Don't worry, I added in one of those too.
11/25/00 (7:00 PM) - Pretty good update this week. First event of World's Strongest NES Cart, new Top 15 edition and website review, new NES memory, and a new review grading system. I tell you, that review grading system was the hardest thing that I ever did.
11/18/00 (7:30 AM) - Time to reward those who have been patient. Due to computer troubles, I couldn't update last week, but here's a biggy to compensate. Two reviews, two editorials, WSNC competitor bios, Great NES Songs restarted, a Game Show, a new Top 20 edition...quite a large update.
11/5/00 (7:45 AM) - The largest update ever? A website review, review, Top 20 Third Edition, Character Interview, NES Superlative, and Editorial all got added in.
10/29/00 (8:30 AM) - A review of This Old NES and a new edition of the Top 20 NES Sites have been added. I'm planning on making next week's update a whopper. And there may be something unexpected...
10/21/00 (8:00 AM) - Added two new website reviews. This means that the Top 20 NES Sites is now functional! If you haven't already gotten your voting account, do so now and then go vote!
10/15/00 (8:15 AM) - Added three new website reviews, small additions to the links page...I also worked a good bit on setting up the Top 20 NES Sites. There's not much to show for it yet, but I'm trying to work out all the bugs so that voting goes smoothly next week. Sorry, no new review...I'll try to do two for next week.
10/9/00 (8:30 AM) - Another update. This time I've added a review of NES Playaction Football, three new website reviews, revised the Top 20 NES Sites proposed grading system, and made a page where you can sign up for an account for the Top 20 NES Sites board. Hopefully voting will start in two weeks.
10/1/00 (4:00 PM) - NEStopia celebrates it's third month of existence with another update. There are two new website reviews, a change in TNCA's grade, a review of RC ProAm Racing, and a little addition to the Funcoland section. Also, games that have been reviewed have a MIDI on the review page, where available. Click on the game title to listen. Oh, and there's new codes.
9/24/00 (12:00 PM) - Added three new website reviews and a review of Joust. I officially staked my claim to the Top 20 NES Sites, which I will host starting within the next five-six weeks. Also, there's a few new links.
9/17/00 (5:00 PM) - Added the Baseball Stars shrine and a new editorial. Hopefully I'll find time to put up a review some time during the week.
9/10/00 (1:45 PM) - Added a new NES memory and a review of Orb 3-D. Changed links page scores of reviewed games.
9/4/00 (5:00 PM) - A review of Baseball Stars and a new NES Superlative. Also switched to a poll format for the Question of the Month.
8/28/00 (7:45 PM) - Added a review of Marble Madness.
8/27/00 (4:15 PM) - Changed website review grading system, all sites have new grades. Added an editorial that can't be missed. Working on a shrine to Ice Hockey.
8/24/00 (9:00 PM) - A new website review and a new review. Changed ratings of Excitebike and Super Spike V'Ball.
