To all to whom these Presents shall come
- GREETINGS.

Know Ye,
That by the virtue of Certificate
No. 903 dated the 25th day of February 1812 issued
by the Registrar of West Tennessee to James Davis for 36 acres and
entered on the 8th day of June 1812 by no. 8239.
|
There
is granted by the said state
of Tennessee, unto Kenada
Bratcher assigns of the said James Davis
|
A certain Tract or Parcel of
Land containing Thirty Six Acres
By
Survey, bearing date the 18th
day of March 1818lying
in the
1 district . In Warren County on Mountain Creek and bounded as follows
to wit. Beginning at a post oak on the South of said Creek. Running East 62 poles to a hickory. Thence South 95
poles to an Elm. Thence West sixty two poles to a post Oak. Thence North
to the Beginning. Including a spring on the North side of said creek and an improvement made by
Jonathan Kelly.
With
the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to hold the said Tract
or Parcel of land, With its appurtenances to the said Kenaday
Bratcher and his
heirs forever.
