John to Benjamin Bracher Deed
This deed was Copied from Book A page 174
This indenture made this tenth day of February in the year of our lord
1804 between John Bracher of the County of Claiborne and State of
Tennessee of the one part and Benjamin Bracher of the same state and
County of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Bracher for and
in consideration of the sum of eight hundred dollars Money of the United
States to him in hand paid the receipt Whereof is here by acknowledged
both and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell alien Ensue of
and Confirm to the said Benjamin Bratcher his heirs and assigns forever
a certan tract or parcel of land Containing 200 acres lying and being in
the County of Claiborne and in the State of Tennessee Bounded as
follows to Wit: Begining at a Hicory tree Standing on the deviding line
of lot I then South 61° West 100 poles to a Buckeye tree on a branch
near Frealy old place the up the branch as it Meanders No 50° West 44
poles No 15° W 70 poles to a Hicory thence No 40 West 164 poles
to a Stake and ash thence 50° East 130 to a Stake in said
deviding line the sd line So 29° East 284 poles to the beginning With
all and singular Water courses proffits commodities Heriditaments and
appertianances What soever to the said tract or parcel of land belonging
or appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rent and issues there of and all the Estate right Title &
Interest propperty Claim and demand of him the said John Bracher his
heirs and assigns forever of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof Either in law or Equity to have and to hold the said 200
acre of land With all the appertenances unto the said Benjamin Bracher
his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claim or demand of all
and every person or persons What soever will warrant - and forever
defend by these pressents the aforesaid John Bracher saving and
reserving to him self the full and every ??? unmolested peaceable and
quiet posession of all and singular the lands and tenements here
in before mentioned during his natural life without let or
Henderance or molestation Either by the said Benjamin Bracher his heirs
Executors and adminstrors or assigns or any person Claiming by or under
or them Either by deed grant or by gift or lease or any other Claim What
soever in case of his being intercepted or destrubed in the ?? free and
full enjoyment and all and single the premises here in before intended
to be conveyed Either in law or Equity or other wise disturbed or
molested. _______ from the pressents and of all the premise during his
natural life Either by his or the said Benjamin Bracher his heirs
executors and adminstrators or assigns or any person under him or them
in that case this Endenture shall sease returned to him any ____
in the premises _____ to be conveyed but in case the said John Bracher
shall have the __________ and ________ able possession in the __________
of them according to my own ____ and pleasure during my natural lifed
and according to the intent and meaning of the _________, Now in this
deed there in that case this Endenture is to take full affect - both in
