Our Work

It's Time, Oregon!'s mission is to work to secure protections for all peoples, focusing on gender identity issues. Here is some of the work we have worked on or are currently working on.

• Explicit policies specified for the treatment of inmates for Multnomah County (Oregon).
• Gender Identity Protections Proposed for Portland's City Council
• Gender Identity Protections Added to Portland's (Oregon) civil rights ordinance.
• Gender Identity Protections Added to Oregon's Multnomah County civil rights ordinance.
• Speaking and diversity training.
• Workplace project to identify and recognize those companies who have developed or will commit to developing non-discrimination policies to include gender identity.
