Sometimes you have to blow your own horn. ITO is proud of the work we have done and we have been honored to receive recognition for that work.

• Lori Buckwalter awarded the Mayor's Human Rights Achievement Award 2001 for her contributions to the community and the City of Portland (Oregon).
• Lori awarded Basic Rights Oregon's prestigious 2001 Fair Workplace Award recognizing her work with the City of Portland to expand their civil rights ordinance to include gender identity.
