Wouldn't you like to have your own personal success coach to speed up your progress towards achieving
whatever business and personal goals you have set yourself? Life is basically about choices.
Every choice has its costs and rewards. Why not enhance your odds of picking the right choice by
having someone knowledgeable as a standby personal consultant instead of doing it by trial and error
and reinventing the wheel.
Clients must appreciate at the outset the key difference between hiring a consultant vs a coach. You
sub-contract out your assignment or project when you hire a consultant who then does the work but
when you engage a coach, YOU remain responsible to do the work while the coach merely act as your
mentor to guide you along the way.
Hiring a coach is much more cost-effective in the long run because you learn the skills involved and
acquire the confidence and knowhow. It however requires commitment on your part and is very different
from hiring a consultant to simply do the assignment. YOU have to decide which approach is the one
you want.
Why Engage Us ?
Coaching Fees
There is no contractual term. YOU decide how long you need to have a business or personal
coach. Needs vary depending on the clients' situation.
The preliminary session is free as this is basically the session where the client tells me what
his situation is to enable me to then figure out how I could help him.
Clients will pay in advance on a weekly basis. During the week, the client may email me any time he
need to liaise with me. I have decided to adopt this rather radical approach so as to give clients the
time flexibility to reflect on the coaching guidance given and further liaise with me during the week at
no additional cost.
More importantly, the free preliminary session and the pay as you go approach gives clients full control
to evaluate if they are getting their money's worth and wish to continue engaging me as their business
and personal coach.
Fees will be quoted to clients only after the free preliminary session as some clients may require a lot
of counselling while others may not. Fees are also much less if the coaching required is personal rather
than business related.
