SOMEWHAT ANALOGOUS TO the celestial big bang, there seems to have been a single event which determined the planet-wide, but restricted, biochemical langauge found in today's world. This was also the single event which began the series of all evolutionary events. Understanding the biochemical or evolutionary big bang has important practical applications. For example, many US government employees are currently required to handle irradiated mail and perhaps that isn't safe. Some food products are irradiated. That also seems problematic . . . .
