His title was Quality Assurance Representative/ Nuclear. He retired from Wal-Mart (or Wally World as he calls it) in 2005 after six years of employment. He likes fishing, gardening and being an agitator. He told me to say that last one and it is true. Awarded the Medal of Honor from the grateful nation, The Republic of Korea, and presented by The House Creek-Midland Valley Veterans and its Korean War 50th Anniversary Commemorative Committee, for his participation in the Korean War. A true Hero! The Korean Medal of Honor was presented to George on 6-25-2000. He also received the Korean War Service Medal, which was issued to him on 6-25-2000 also but was mailed to him.
