The Ramparts and lake leaving Surprise Point Campsite.  A short walk, of less than an hour, back to Clitheroe Campsite. It is across the river and a beautiful meadow and slightly up the east side of the valley.

Looking across the valley to the Northeast toward Clitheroe Campsite and Clitheroe Mtn. Maccarib Pass out of the valley is on the other side of Clitheroe.  I will be there in a couple of days.  But today I am thinking of a shower and looking forward to an easy day at Clitheroe Campsite.
