Here are the last three pannels after painting. I am getting near the end of this paint job. Let set overnight and assemble tomorrow.

I have finally got it all together again, ready for the trim part. I havn't decided just what I need to trim this thing out. Have had several suggestions. Might just have a contest, Name the trike. ha.

Another shot of the completed project from another angle. You know it is still yellow.

This has been a good experiance for me. I thought I was getting pretty good and Gary might keep me on to work for him, but no such luck. I went in this morning and as usual ran a little late (2 hours). He let me go, first time ever to be fired. ha He said I came in too late and left too early for him. Awh, he's a slave driver anyway. I worked on that trike for 3 wks.. I would have probably finished it in one wk. had I have done it myself. He and Michael kept me at it, Tommy never pushed me like they did. they would come by and tell me how I needed to fill here, sand there. I think they wanted to just see me sweat. Which I did. Painted this thing in the hottest part of the summer and we had record breaking heat. I had planned to do this job last winter but didn't. You know Gary probably won't give me a recomendation should I want to go to work for another body shop either.
Kidding aside, I enjoyed working there with them and getting their advise on what to do to come out with a great paint job. thanks to the guys at, Vinsons' Body Shop, in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee.

Today i went and had the trike pin striped. Keeley did the striping, this is the one that painted my first trike. He striped it in black and orange. The following 4 pictures are of the stripe job from different view points. I still like something on the back seat and the mirrors. The mirrors should be in here tomorrow.

I had to post these pictures larger than I usually do and it will take longer to download, but I had to do this to be able to see the stripes.

This is Dalton, Michaels son. He has been following the trike progress through his Dad and the web site. He is laid back here and from the background (Camo) I think he is taking after Dad. I saw a picture of a deer he killed, and I think he is on his way. Hang in there Dalton and you can teach Michael a thing or too someday.

Check back from time to time, as I am not through with this project. I will be having it stripped and adding something to the back of the rear seat. I will be adding diamond shaped Mirrors in a few days. So keep up with the progress. Thanks Harold
