Ranks
	This is the Ranking System of the main guild.  Your group may also have its own ranking system, which will be decided by the leader. Information on all the Ranks of the guild, lowest to highest: Members: You enter the guild as a member.  This just means that you've joined, and that's about it. To advance to the next level, you must create your character. Training Dueler Once you have created a character, you start to train.  This is your first rank in a series of Dueling ranks.  This rank allows you to learn all Level Two spells and abilities. Note:  It should be understood that "Dueler" is general.  While most people will advance in ranks through Dueling, and that is what I've listed here, there are other ways.  Not everyone is a fighter.  However, those that aren't are unique, and must work harder to attain their goals.  Neomail the Director if you have a different path you'd like to take.  She will work it out with you.  To advance to the next level, you must win one (1) Dueling Tournament. Junior Dueler This rank allows you to learn all Level Three spells and abilities. To advance to the next level, you must learn all Training spells of your speciality.  If you have not specialized, you must learn at least eight (8) spells.  You must also win three (3) Dueling Tournaments. Senior Dueler: This rank allows you to learn all Level Four spells and abilities. This is the highest the average member will go. Master: This rank allows you to learn the Level Six spells or abilities of your specialized subject. Masters are specialists.  You may only become a master in one subject, and only if you've decided to specialize in just the subject.  It takes hard work to become a Master.  Neomail the Director if you wish to promote from Senior Dueler to Master.  Note that some members will be promoted to Master, even if they haven't specialized.  This is because these members may now learn the Level Five spells, which are secret and special.  You will be notified of this, and may not request it.
