Key Lime Cheesecake

Key Lime Cheesecake
A tasty dessert with a graham cracker crust. Recipe courtesy of Land O'Lakes.

Watch Out Red Lobster!

KITCHEN - Wendy tried some great recipes that she had found on a web site called "Top Secret Recipes." The recipes were clones for Red Lobster's Clam Chowder and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. They were both quite tasty, except Tom thought the biscuits had too much garlic. What does he know anyway?

Cheesecakes

KITCHEN - Wendy had found some recipes that she was just waiting to try, and a co-worker leaving the restaurant to go back to school presented the ideal opportunity to try a couple of them out.
The first recipe was a Key Lime Cheesecake. Wendy had done an internet search to find a recipe for this cheesecake, and found many versions, but the one on the Land O'Lakes web site looked the best. There was even a bonus that Wendy wasn't aware of until she actually started to make the cheesecake, the recipe was no-bake! Get the recipe on page L15.
The second recipe that she wanted to try was a Malted Cheesecake with Chocolate Glaze. It was from Chocolatier Magazine and looked quite tasty. Not knowing a thing about malted milk, Wendy presumed that the cheesecake would resemble a Whopper Malted Milk Ball in flavor. The end result was not as flavorful as she expected, but it was still good. Get the recipe on page L16.
Both of the cheesecakes went over well with Wendy's co-workers, but the Key Lime Cheesecake turned out to be the favorite
