Season 2 continued its dominance over Season 1 by bringing in the most total votes - for the third week in a row. That meant that Season 2 was still undefeated. But more importantly, it meant that Season 2 was again awarded the weekly $50,000 prize money!
Next, Jay Mohr kept us in suspense by announcing that either Tess or Rob Cantrell from Season 1 would be eliminated along with either Tammy Pescatelli or Jay London from Season 2. But we'd have to wait until the end of the show to learn the results.
Then, four comics from each team performed. From Season 1, Sean Kent, Geoff Brown, Dat Phan and Dave Mordal took to the stage. From Season 2, John Heffron, Todd Glass, ANT and Kathleen Madigan did a set.
Finally, it was time for the eliminations. Jay announced that Rob Cantrell and Tammy Pescatelli had received the least number of votes on their teams and so, they were eliminated. |
